Material and process knowledge
- Apply knowledge of ferrous, non-ferrous, and insulation materials.
- Use practical experience in sheet-metal and non-ferrous stamping, forging, machining, assemblies, heat treatment, and surface treatment.
Tooling and manufacturing development
- Oversee development and validation of press tools, molds, gauges, fixtures, and sub-assemblies.
- Review design for manufacturability and ensure tooling meets precision, durability, quality, and manufacturability standards.
