We are seeking an experienced TLS Integration Manager to lead the delivery of our Capability, Innovation and Efficiency (CIE) Program, driving initiatives that improve capability outcomes, enhance sustainment performance and reduce total cost of ownership.

About the Role
Reporting to the CIE Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for identifying, developing and implementing innovation and efficiency initiatives across our aircraft sustainment programs. You will provide leadership, governance and oversight of multiple initiatives while ensuring outcomes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Some of your key responsibilities will include;
- Lead the planning and execution of innovation and efficiency initiatives across the program
- Identify opportunities to improve capability, availability, maintainability and overall sustainment performance
- Provide governance, reporting and assurance across multiple initiatives
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of innovation and project professionals
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across maintenance, engineering, supply chain, training and business management functions
About You
You are a proven leader with experience delivering complex projects or programs within Defence, aerospace or highly regulated engineering environments. You enjoy working across multiple stakeholder groups and are motivated by delivering measurable outcomes that improve business performance and customer capability.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives in Defence, aerospace or engineering environments
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience developing business cases and delivering measurable operational or financial benefits
- Deep understanding of project governance frameworks and delivery controls
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Aerospace/Aviation Management or a related discipline
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government NV1 Security Clearance

As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.
