The Title Clerk is responsible for supporting accurate, timely, and compliant vehicle title processing for Sierra’s Phoenix and Tucson operations.
This position assists with reviewing vehicle titles and supporting documentation, processing sold notices, maintaining accurate title records, mailing titles to buyers, and resolving title-related inquiries.
This role helps ensure a smooth post-sale experience for customers and supports operational efficiency by maintaining attention to detail, meeting processing deadlines, and following applicable state requirements and internal procedures.
