- Prepare and distribute paychecks and direct deposit statements
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, time off, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor laws and regulations
Requirements
- Associate's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
