- **Liaising with authorities**: Direct communication with relevant authorities and utility service providers to secure timely approvals and ensure regulatory compliance.
- **Preparing and submitting NOC applications**: Crafting and submitting NOC applications to authorities such as RTA, DEWA, and others for infrastructure works.
- **Tracking NOC progress**: Monitoring the status of NOC applications and following up with authorities to expedite the approval process.
- **Maintaining documentation**: Keeping a detailed log of all NOC submissions, approvals, rejections, and re-submittals.
- **Ensuring compliance**: Adhering to local regulations, standards, and specifications throughout the NOC process.
