Role Overview

Compensation and Package

• The description states a salary of AED 1,700 per month and separately lists pay of AED 1,800 to AED 2,000 per month.
• The package includes company-provided accommodation and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day labour-camp operations.
• Maintain worker attendance and timekeeping records.
• Coordinate workforce movement and requirements with site and camp teams.
• Assist with labour management and allocation activities.
• Maintain camp and employee records and documentation.
• Coordinate transportation and ensure workers report to sites on time.
• Support supervisors with employee queries and camp administration.
• Ensure camp rules, discipline and company procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Previous Camp Runner, Camp Assistant, Timekeeper or similar experience is preferred.
• Construction industry experience is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of labour management and timekeeping is required.
• Basic communication and coordination skills are required.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
