Taslleehcom Building Maintenance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Timekeeper in Dubai.

The role focuses on accurate employee time, overtime, payroll, and leave administration in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee hours and overtime.
Track employee vacation, sick time, personal time, and other time-off requests.
Calculate and process employee pay, including base pay, overtime, and other adjustments.
Prepare and distribute paychecks and direct deposit statements.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, time off, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state labor laws and regulations.

Associate's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
