Role Summary

Functional Expertise and Solution Design

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Time Tracking, Absence Management, Scheduling, and Payroll modules.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration, workflows, and functional designs.
• Configure rules, accrual calculations, scheduling logic, time entry rules, validation rules, and payroll parameters.
• Support reporting and analytics for labor, time, absence, workforce schedules, and payroll calculations.

Project Execution and Delivery

• Deliver solutions according to business requirements, timelines, dependencies, and project go-live dates.
• Support integration design and testing for third-party solutions and external or outsourced payroll.
• Participate in or lead planning, design, build, testing, UAT, and deployment phases.
• Perform functional, technical, and architectural analysis aligned with PMM waterfall standards.
• Maintain requirements, designs, configuration specifications, test scripts, status updates, and process flows.

Testing and Collaboration

• Conduct system demonstrations, prototypes, and configuration walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Review and validate integration designs, translate vendor specifications, and collaborate with developers.
• Own defect management, test planning, test execution, and UAT facilitation.
• Provide operational support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Operational Responsibilities

• Support time clock operations, configuration, and troubleshooting, including dormakaba Bcomm where applicable.
• Provide functional guidance to junior team members or consultants.
• Analyze data and support data conversion through mapping, validation, and reconciliation.

Mandatory Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on Time Tracking and/or Absence Management experience in an analyst, configurator, or technical lead role.
• At least two full lifecycle Time and/or Absence implementations from design through go-live.
• Strong understanding of payroll concepts, time entry logic, accrual rules, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Workday API and web services.
• Familiarity with configuration, business processes, security, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience with PMM, waterfall, or a similar structured project methodology.
• Strong analytical, independent delivery, timeline management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dormakaba Bcomm time clocks and complex Workday integrations with third-party or local payroll systems.
• Experience leading testing cycles, UAT, defect resolution, or regional payroll compliance work.
• Experience providing mentorship or functional coaching to junior analysts.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience as a Time Administrator, Payroll Administrator, or related operational professional.
• Prior involvement in payroll implementations.
• PMM, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HRIS, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to build business relationships.
