Role Context
The Ticketing Technical Lead - Bus will be based in Dubai in the client's office and will report to the Project Manager for the assigned project.
The role supervises vendor-delivered ticketing systems at the public transport operator level across bus, metro, and rail systems.
Main Duties
- Supervise and verify the compliance of ticket vending machines, validators, and related systems delivered by vendors.
- Supervise project delivery against client requirements and contractual obligations.
- Identify technical issues, prioritize their resolution, and prepare technical notes and recommendations.
- Support migration plans for bus and multimodal systems.
- Support ABT implementation and central-system integration across all transport modes.
- Assist with vendor selection during client tender stages.
- Review technical designs, feasibility, and project deliverables.
- Supervise testing and installation activities.
- Support Take Over Certification and post-launch supervision.
