Position Summary
Arizona Athletic Grounds (“AAG”) is seeking motivated and experienced part-time Ticket Service Rep/Shuttle Drivers to work a variety of shifts, including nights, holidays and weekends, in a fast-paced, high-energy youth sports complex. Ideal candidates are experienced, dependable, safety-conscious professionals who take pride in providing courteous service to our guests.
Schedule
- This position is part-time and requires weekend availability; we do not often have weekday hours available. If hired you would likely be working any combination of Fri/Sat/Sun (Mondays on holiday weekends). Hours typically range from as early as 6am to as late as 10pm. During our busiest season, which is from January to May, the hours typically range from 10 to 30 hours over a 2-3 day weekend. In summer and early fall, hours can be more limited.
Primary Responsibilities
- Shuttle guests from parking lots to entrances and fields.
- Provide positive “Guest Relations” assistance and information to guests.
- Adhere to all road safety and safe speed regulations.
- Sell, scan and secure doors/gates at AAG ticketed events.
- Work in Box Office windows or any section of the Grounds to assist our guests with directions, event information, or any other questions they may have.
- Accurately process payments for tickets while following all sales and payment procedures.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, in a professional and informative manner.
