Overview
The Threat Management Senior Analyst supports daily Solution Operation and Management of client Threat Management platforms including Anomali ThreatStream, Anomali Match,Tenable VA, and FortiSOAR.
The role handles alerts and incidents generated from these tools as part of Incident and Problem Management, performs initial analysis and investigation, supports health checks, patching activities, and contributes to Service Quality Improvement and Continuous Value Addition within agreed service levels.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the daily operation and management of client Threat Management platforms (e.g., Anomali ThreatStream, Anomali Match, Tenable VA, and FortiSOAR).
- Handling alerts and incidents generated from these tools as part of Incident and Problem Management.
- Performing initial analysis and investigation of security events.
- Supporting health checks and patching activities for Threat Management platforms.
- Contributing to Service Quality Improvement and Continuous Value Addition.
