Responsibilities
- Planning and following up on the progress of the technical submittals of the design consultant,
- Planning and following up on the progress of the technical submittals of the equipment,
- Design and engineering support: collaborating with architects, engineers, and designers to review plan projects, specifications, and drawings,
- Assisting in project coordination activities, including organizing and tracking documentation, preparing project schedules, and monitoring progress against milestones,
- Reviewing construction drawings and specifications, identifying potential conflicts or discrepancies, and coordinating with the design team for necessary revisions,
- Assisting in implementing quality control measures to ensure construction work meets the required standards and specifications,
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and other project-related records,
- Assisting in identifying and resolving technical issues and challenges that arise during the construction process,
- Review of all technical submittals by vendors and suppliers,
- Preparing technical submittals for submission to SEC for approval.
