Overview
- The person employed in this position will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the work performed for particular projects is as per client scope and standards,
- Checking and reviewing drawings, maintaining the list of documents/drawings, removing obsolete documents and maintaining the records,
- Checking the standards of the works executed and verifying conformity to the drawings and technical specifications,
- Maintain Document Transmittal Sheet and track design progress daily,
- Tracking the baseline schedule for design and planning to finish on time,
- Coordinate and attend meetings with the design department of clients, and consultants,
- Preparing complete submittal packages including technical and commercial documents.
