About the Role
National Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 10-15 years of experience in warehouse/logistics and a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all warehouse operations including receipt, storage, handling, preservation, and issuance of materials
- Ensure accurate receipt, inspection, identification, and documentation of incoming materials and equipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through effective inventory control processes and stock verification activities
- Manage material issuance processes to ensure timely availability of materials for projects and operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities to avoid stock shortages and excess inventory
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Project Teams to support material planning and delivery requirements
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety requirements and material handling procedures
- Manage warehouse personnel, resources, and equipment to maximize operational efficiency and productivity
- Conduct periodic inventory counts and regular stock audits to verify inventory integrity
- Ensure accurate maintenance of inventory records within ERP and warehouse management systems
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service levels
Requirements
- 10 15 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, materials management, or supply chain operations
- Minimum 3 years in a warehouse supervisory or management role
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Hands on experience with SAP ERP, particularly MM and PM modules
- Experience in EPC, Industrial, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, or Infrastructure sectors

Qualifications
- 10 15 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, materials management, or supply chain operations.
- Minimum 3 years in a warehouse supervisory or management role preferably within Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), Industrial, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, or Infrastructure sectors.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
- Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
- Warehouse Management Certification.
