- Manage end to end procurement activities for projects and operational requirements
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Procure equipment, transportation services, and project materials
- Prepare and process RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports
- Coordinate with engineering, project, logistics, and finance teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers and OEMs
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project specifications
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards
- Support cost saving initiatives and vendor management strategies
- Track procurement schedules to align with project timelines
- Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers and pricing trends
- Coordinate import/export documentation and customs clearance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5–10 years of procurement experience within contracting companies, preferably in Energy and/or Transmission & Distribution sectors
- Strong Abu Dhabi/UAE market experience and supplier network
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities

- Procure equipment, transportation services, and project materials in line with technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and process RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers and OEMs.

Requirements
