The Test Technician supports testing and verification of electronic products to predetermined specifications.
The role includes component-level fault diagnosis, technical reporting, environmental screening, and production documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Perform RF, analogue, and digital alignment, testing, verification, and final acceptance testing.
- Diagnose electronic faults to component level and report root causes and failure modes.
- Use and maintain network analysers, spectrum analysers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, meters, and PCs.
- Complete inspection records, acceptance reports, non-conformance reports, rework records, bills of materials, and log books.
- Conduct temperature, vibration, and temperature-cycle environmental screening.
- Build and repair interface equipment and support planned maintenance.
- Maintain security, cleanliness, and electrostatic discharge controls in work areas.
- Support Kaizen, continuous improvement, 5S, and lean manufacturing activities.
