Position Overview
The Software Test Leader supports imaging systems and camera technologies.
The role covers host software, embedded firmware, and FPGA-based systems used in machine vision and image acquisition.
This is a hands-on technical leadership opportunity focused on quality, test automation, and engineering team performance.
What You Will Do
- Lead and mentor a team of software test engineers.
- Define unit, integration, system, and regression test strategies.
- Develop automated test frameworks using PyTest, GTest, and related tools.
- Establish validation architectures for software, firmware, and FPGA-based products.
- Partner with software, firmware, and hardware teams to improve testability.
- Coordinate validation across multiple engineering sites.
- Automate reproduction and analysis of customer-reported issues.
- Track quality metrics, defects, and release readiness.
- Promote AI-assisted tools for test development, code review, and documentation.
- Drive quality-focused culture and continuous improvement.
