Role description
This is a full-time Test Manager role for corporate banking engagements in the UAE.
The role leads end-to-end testing activities across projects and releases and works with cross-functional teams and client representatives.
Three experienced Test Managers are being hired.
Core responsibilities
- Plan, design, execute, and monitor test cycles.
- Define test strategies and coordinate test-case development.
- Ensure test coverage and manage the defect lifecycle.
- Track quality metrics, report status and risks, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and client representatives.
- Ensure deliverables meet functional, performance, and user-experience requirements.
