Role Overview
QualityKiosk Technologies is seeking an experienced TCOE Delivery Manager for banking quality engineering and testing services.
The role owns delivery governance, testing strategy, quality assurance, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery accountability across banking programs.
Experience Requirements
- 15+ years of overall software testing and quality engineering experience.
- 10–12 years of banking domain experience.
- 6–9 years of core banking, payments, or microfinance experience.
- Proven enterprise-scale testing engagement management and TCOE leadership experience.
- Experience leading geographically distributed testing teams and stakeholder groups.
Banking Domain Expertise
- Strong understanding of the Indian Banking IT Landscape, core banking systems, payments, digital banking, microfinance, retail banking, and corporate banking.
- Experience with regulatory and compliance testing and end-to-end banking journeys.
Testing and Technology Skills
- Strong expertise in test management, test strategy, defect management, risk-based testing, governance, release management, UAT, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
