Responsibilities
- Lead end to end testing activities, including test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and reporting
- Manage and mentor a team of Testers, Senior Testers, and T24 Testers
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end to end test scenarios
- Validate Trade Finance workflows across Digital Portal, BPM/Workflow, APIs, and Temenos T24
- Test Trade Finance modules including LC, LC Drawings, DC, LD, and DE
- Validate Straight Through Processing (STP), maker checker workflows, API integrations, charges, commissions, accounting entries, limits, and collateral
- Verify SWIFT message generation and compliance with SWIFT and ICC standards
- Lead defect triage, stakeholder communication, quality reporting, and release readiness
- Support security, RBAC, KYC/AML validations, audit trails, performance testing, and reconciliation testing
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Development, and Automation teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of QA experience in Banking
- At least 5 years in Trade Finance testing
- Strong hands on experience with Temenos T24 Trade Finance modules (LC, LC Drawings, DC, LD, and DE)
- Experience testing Digital Banking Portals and complex Core Banking integrations
- Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products, workflows, and transaction lifecycle
- Experience with STP validation, API testing, SWIFT messaging, and integration testing
- Hands on experience with defect management tools such as JIRA
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and test governance
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills

Job Overview
