Role Overview
STS Aerospace in Laconia, New Hampshire is seeking a Test Lab Technician for the second shift.
The position performs routine and non-routine testing of aerospace fluid conveyance products.
Test results are recorded and provided to quality assurance and engineering teams in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
- Inspect test pieces for compliance with quality standards, aerospace and military specifications, test requests, and customer requests.
- Complete test setup, operation, data collection, documentation, test breakdown, and sample disposition.
- Verify test equipment calibration and operation, report calibration concerns, and remove overdue equipment from service.
- Assist technical teams with testing problems, roadblocks, or equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- College or vocational school coursework is preferred.
- Military experience is listed as relevant experience.
- Follow safety procedures, practices, and policies strictly.
- Maintain consistent, regular, and dependable attendance and punctuality.
