Major accountabilities:
• Provide hands-on Test Management guidance, training and support for the full testing lifecycle from scoping to execution and reporting.
• Manage the defects arising during test activities, ensuring that defects are recorded, prioritized and resolved effectively.
• Perform risk assessments on defects.
• Efficiently use testing tools including Test script and Test set creation, test execution, Defect management, Release and cycle maintenance, Traceability and reporting, Test set management and actively support improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to test automation to increase speed, efficiency, and repeatability in delivery.
• Collaborate with Business and Technology stakeholders, Factory and Platform teams to ensure early involvement and end-to-end quality assurance.
• Collaborate and communicate across globally distributed teams of internal and external experts and partners.
• Support the definition and monitoring of testing KPIs to assess quality, efficiency, and compliance of testing outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to global compliance standards, including GxP, data privacy, and cybersecurity policies..
Key performance indicators:
• Test case coverage
• Defect resolution efficient and defect leakage rate (issues found in production)
• Test automation coverage and reusability
• Compliance adherence for validation and documentation
• Cost-efficiency in testing service delivery
• Test execution velocity and throughput
• Stakeholder satisfaction with testing outcomes
Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; certifications in software testing preferred.
