Role Overview
Lead the planning, governance, and operational management of enterprise non-production environments.
Support application development, integration testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing, and pre-production activities.
Combine project management, infrastructure coordination, and environment governance to deliver reliable test environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise test environments and serve as the primary environment contact across projects.
- Develop the environment roadmap and capacity plan, and lead planning meetings with project, technical, QA, infrastructure, and release teams.
- Coordinate provisioning across server, storage, network, database, middleware, security, and cloud teams.
- Manage environment scheduling, allocation, conflicts, deployments, infrastructure changes, refreshes, database cloning, and test data.
- Track milestones, utilization, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocation across concurrent projects.
- Prepare executive reports, KPIs, dashboards, and environment status reports.
- Drive automation for provisioning, monitoring, and environment validation.
- Ensure compliance with change management, ITIL processes, and security standards.
