- Manage products throughout their lifecycle and track roadmaps and updates.
- Understand product capabilities, use cases, and requirements.
- Maintain communication with vendors and technology partners.
- Coordinate demonstrations, proofs of concept, training, and technical support.
- Support product compatibility and integration for presales and technical teams.
- Assist with testing, proofs of concept, and product validation.
- Provide product and technical support to sales and presales teams.
- Support presentations, demonstrations, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution comparisons.
- Provide product knowledge, training, and resources to internal teams.
- Maintain product documentation, presentations, and FAQs.
