Role Overview
Aversan is seeking a Test Engineering Supervisor to oversee testing activities and coach teams so products meet standards, technical specifications, and quality requirements.

Location and Work Arrangement
- The position is located in Montreal, Quebec.
- The working arrangement is onsite.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise multiple engineering and production teams.
- Review program requirements and production constraints, and resolve operational conflicts.
- Plan and allocate resources according to production schedules and business priorities.
- Coordinate with program managers, line managers, and planning teams.
- Monitor resource, material, and operational availability while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify production risks and implement mitigation and recovery plans.
- Drive continuous-improvement initiatives for production processes and efficiency.
- Coach, mentor, and train employees to support team performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject-matter expert for production staff.
