Job Purpose

Roles, Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise and coordinate teams responsible for cleaning, housekeeping, and landscape maintenance to maintain high standards of facility upkeep.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure HVAC and MEP systems operate optimally and meet safety standards.
• Apply technical troubleshooting skills to promptly resolve issues affecting building services and infrastructure.
• Support facility management operations by fostering effective communication, ensuring accountability, and driving team collaboration.
• Monitor service quality and compliance with company policies and safety regulations, continuously seeking improvement opportunities.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and enhance service delivery.
• Prepare and maintain reports on operational performance, maintenance activities, and team productivity.

Qualification

Key Qualifications Include

• Formal education in Facility Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Technical training or certification related to HVAC, MEP, or building services maintenance.
• Proven knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies.
• Competency in managing facility operations within large-scale residential or commercial environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate diverse teams effectively.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures relevant to facility management.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in facility management or related sectors.
