Job Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-driven platform capabilities across distributed services and data systems.
- Develop AI-enabled platform features for automation, operational efficiency, and scalable digital experiences.
- Integrate generative AI using prompt engineering, RAG, intelligent workflows, and contextual reasoning.
- Use LLMs, embeddings, and vector retrieval systems to build context-aware solutions.
- Create AI quality and evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, reliability, safety, and consistency.
- Build automated validation strategies and scalable QA automation for AI features, APIs, and platform services.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and validate APIs, service integrations, and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and platform teams on production-ready solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on AI engineering, automation, and quality engineering practices.
Qualifications
- The role requires 8+ years of software, quality, or platform engineering experience, including automation frameworks and AI-enabled systems.
- Hands-on LLM integration experience must include prompt engineering, RAG, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation.
- Strong test automation experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, or similar tools is required.
- API and microservices testing experience with Postman, REST Assured, or similar frameworks is required.
