Role Overview
The Software Engineer II will design, build, test, and support enterprise software solutions in an Agile team.
The role contributes to cloud maturity, mobility, software quality, performance, and maintainability.
The engineer will work across Windows and Linux environments and learn a variety of programming languages.
Primary Responsibilities
- Reproduce customer-reported issues in lower environments using reproduction steps, logs, and data.
- Investigate customer data anomalies and determine whether remediation requires code, a data script, or both.
- Draft safe, rerunnable T-SQL correction scripts with transactions, row counts, and rollback plans.
- Investigate defects across WinForms, core services, and stored procedures.
- Prepare project status and risk assessments for the manager.
- Develop PDI software solutions and test systems against documented user requirements.
