Job Description
Nair Systems is seeking a Test Analyst or QA Engineer for UAE operations.
The role focuses on software testing and quality assurance for banking and financial-services systems, including treasury, wealth, cards, and trade finance processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- ISTQB certification is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- At least 5 years of software testing or quality assurance experience is required.
- Banking or financial-services experience is mandatory.
- Direct experience working with business stakeholders is required.
- Experience in Wealth Management, Treasury, or Cards is highly preferred.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management, Treasury, or Cards business processes and Trade Finance.
- Good understanding of banking operations and system integrations.
- Experience in Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
- Ability to review requirements and identify test scenarios.
