Role Overview
The company is seeking an Information Security Manager for its UAE operations.
The role focuses on information security governance, NESA implementation, banking-sector security, regulatory compliance, and concurrent security projects.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Ten to twelve years of relevant information or cyber security experience is required.
- Information security experience in the banking or financial sector is required.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of information security and technology infrastructure is required.
- Experience developing information security policies in line with NESA requirements is required.
- Strong governance and GRC experience covering policies, standards, risk, and compliance is required.
- Strong communication with senior nontechnical users is required.
- The ability to adapt to changing security technologies and manage multiple priorities is required.
Responsibilities
- Implement and assess UAE IA/NESA requirements and align policies and controls.
- Manage governance, risk assessments, risk registers, risk acceptance or exceptions, and compliance.
