Support existing and prospective Tesla customers while creating a memorable, best-in-class experience.
Join an international team supporting Tesla's mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy and mobility.
Responsibilities
- Represent Tesla's brand, mission, and products as a first-line customer contact.
- Address customer concerns through telephone, chat, SMS, and potentially video channels.
- Evaluate and resolve roadside, technical, and general support enquiries.
- Educate owners about Tesla vehicles and energy products and troubleshoot their questions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and escalate matters requiring senior management concurrence.
- Maintain accurate support case and communication records in CRM software.
- Identify service, subscription, and accessory sales opportunities and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or a related automotive, helpdesk, hospitality, roadside assistance, emergency dispatch, or similar environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- A full driver's license held for at least two years.
- Ability to communicate business issues and technical concepts.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and morning or evening shifts.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, collaborate, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Awareness of EV industry trends and local incentives.
- Additional languages are a plus.
