Responsibilities
- Manage and grow clinical solutions across a range of surgical specialities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships in assigned hospitals.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create effective business plans and strategic selling strategies.
- Implement and support educational programs.
- Grow the business while exceeding customer expectations.
About You
- Proven success in a medical-related field or other sales experience.
- Previous clinical support experience in an operating theatre setting is preferred.
- Ability to provide clinical solutions and value outcomes for stakeholders.
- Ability to retain and articulate complex clinical information.
- High interpersonal skills and the ability to engage successfully with stakeholders.
- Practical knowledge of the healthcare sector.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and organisational skills.
- Current driver's licence.
