Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target government and builder segments in the Hyderabad region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our company's capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in project sales, with a proven track record in the switch gear industry.
- Experience in handling government segments and builders is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A results-driven and customer-centric approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the Hyderabad region as required.
- A valid driving license is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or business administration.
