Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join the Lighting Manufacturing Team in Kenosha, WI .

The Human Resources Manager to support HR initiatives with a specialized focus on Manufacturing.

The HR Manager partners with site leadership, employees, and HR to strengthen employee relations, support engagement, and improve organizational effectiveness.

This role provides guidance on HR policies and programs, supports site-level initiatives, and helps implement HR processes that align with business and employee needs.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Human Resources, with three direct reports, this position plays an important role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting operational success.

• Manage recruiting strategies to attract and retain talent for office and manufacturing roles.
• Work with your HR Team and production management to ensure effective on-boarding and training strategies to maximize performance, improve engagement and comply with ISO standards.

• Manage employee relations programs across the business. Proactively work with managers to identify opportunities for improving employee relations activities that support business priorities.
• Provide effective support to management in coaching, motivating, and counseling employees.
• Use HR data to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend process improvements.
• Stay current on HR legislation and trends to support best practices and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws. Support updates and actions needed to maintain compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Legrand Charters and Policies.
