Job Summary
Carry out operational activities at the site and harbour, including product receipt, delivery, storage, blending, pigging, quality control, tank cleaning, and product transfer.
Support maintenance activities when required in coordination with relevant teams and established HSE procedures.
HSE and Permit to Work
- Perform shift activities safely under operating procedures, HSE policies, applicable regulations, and established control measures.
- Maintain emergency preparedness and report unsafe practices, incidents, and conditions.
- Strictly implement and enforce the Permit to Work system for contractor, construction, and maintenance activities.
Vessel and Transfer Operations
- Guide vessel berthing and coordinate ship and terminal activities for loading and discharge operations.
- Conduct ship-shore checks, tank gauging, sampling, hose connections, and monitoring of loading and discharge.
- Arrange receipt and loading operations involving ships, barges, and road tankers.
Tank and Product Operations
- Gauge and line up shore tanks and verify line quantities before and after receipt, transfer, blending, and delivery.
