About the Role
The Tendering Specialist manages healthcare and government tender opportunities, with particular focus on NUPCO.
The role covers the tender process from opportunity identification through submission, clarification, award, and post-award follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify relevant NUPCO and healthcare tender opportunities.
- Manage the complete tender submission process.
- Review tender documents, requirements, specifications, and deadlines.
- Coordinate technical and commercial submissions with internal teams and international suppliers.
- Prepare and organize required tender documentation.
- Ensure submissions are compliant, complete, and submitted on time.
- Manage pricing documentation, guarantees, certificates, and supporting documents.
- Follow up on clarifications, evaluations, awards, and purchase orders.
- Maintain a database of active, submitted, awarded, and lost tenders.
- Monitor tender performance and provide regular management reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and international partners.
Requirements
- Previous experience with NUPCO tenders is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of government procurement and tender processes.
- Excellent organizational and document-management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a related sector is preferred.
