Role Overview
Almarfa Medical is seeking an HR Specialist to support a professional, high-performing, and positive working environment.
The role combines people-focused work with structured management of HR processes and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employment contracts, renewals, and employee administration.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee-related processes.
- Coordinate payroll-related information with Finance.
- Support performance management and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant HR regulations.
- Support Saudization and government HR platforms and requirements.
- Assist management in developing HR policies and procedures.
- Help create a strong and professional company culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized approach and professional handling of confidential information.
- Good English communication skills.
