Requirements
- Strong tender and bid management capabilities
- Advanced Analytical Skills to review tender specifications, assess risks, interpret financial and technical requirements
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients
- Proficiency in Proposal Writing
- Foundational knowledge of Procurement processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sports Management, or a related field
- Experience in tendering, bids, or contracts, ideally within sports, event management, apparel/textile, consulting, or related project based industry
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender portals or e procurement systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team, demonstrate integrity, and maintain confidentiality

Role Description
- The Tendering Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh, responsible for managing the end to end tender process for sports consulting, apparel manufacturing, and sports & corporate event management projects.
- This role includes identifying relevant tender opportunities, analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial inputs, and preparing compliant and competitive proposals.
- The Tendering Specialist will develop tender timelines, ensure adherence to submission requirements, and maintain accurate tender records and documentation.
- Day to day activities include drafting proposal content, coordinating clarifications with clients, supporting pricing and procurement teams, and monitoring tender outcomes and feedback.
- The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement of tender templates, processes, and tools to increase win rates and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong tender and bid management capabilities, including Tender Management, coordination of submissions, and oversight of tender documentation and deadlines.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to review tender specifications, assess risks, interpret financial and technical requirements, and support data driven decision making.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, liaising with clients and partners, and presenting tender content clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Proposal Writing, including structuring proposals, drafting clear and compelling narratives, and tailoring content to client requirements.
- Foundational knowledge of Procurement processes, vendor selection, and coordination with supply chain or purchasing teams to align pricing and terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in tendering, bids, or contracts, ideally within sports, event management, apparel/textile, consulting, or a related project based industry.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender portals or e procurement systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team, demonstrate integrity in all dealings, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
