- Lead and manage assigned tenders from handover from BD&S until job is secured/lost
- Support Sales Teams in client correspondence, communication and building Client relations
- Provide input and work with tender procedures and tools to ensure they are continuously updated
- Participate within the tender team in accordance with NOV strategy and Business objectives
- Maximize tender winning chances by working with BD&S, Technology team, Procurement, Engineering and Management
- Ensure proper interface communication with Sales, Procurement & Operation Functions
- Ensure risk management of assigned tender as per company procedure
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience from oilfield services or similar industry
- Technical degree, preferably in Engineering
- Experience from Sales/Tendering/Project management/Engineering processes in oil & gas industry
- Extensive knowledge of project and tender execution principles
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Fluent in English both written and verbal

Job Summary
- The role is responsible for leading and managing assigned tenders in accordance with NOV procedures to maximize business opportunities.
- Supporting sales teams in client communications and relationship building, ensuring a consistent and efficient tender process.
- Achieving management objectives in line with business strategy, coordinating effectively with Sales, Procurement, and Operations.
- Managing tender related risks in compliance with company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the assigned tenders from handover from BD&S until job is secured/lost.
- Support Sales Teams in client correspondence, communication and in building Client relations to maximize current and future opportunities.
- Actively provide input and work with the tender procedures and tools to ensure they are continuously updated according to Tender group’s needs.
- Performance targets for the year to be established every year as per instructions from NOV Division Board and NOV Group.
- Participate within the tender team in accordance with NOV strategy as well as Business objectives.
- Maximize the tender winning chances by continuously working with BD&S, Technology team, Procurement, Engineering and Management.
- Ensure proper interface communication with Sales, Procurement & Operation Functions.
- Ensure risk management of assigned tender as per company procedure.
Experience/Education/Skill set Required
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience from oilfield services or similar industry.
- Technical degree, preferably in Engineering.
- Experience from Sales/Tendering/Project management/Engineering processes in the oil & gas industry.
- Extensive knowledge of project and tender execution principles.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Continuous improvement focus.
- Skilled in developing high quality, persuasive tender documentation.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal, Arabic is added advantage.
