Job Summary
The Tender Manager will own and grow government and institutional tender business, primarily through NUPCO and related government procurement channels.
The role reports to the Head of Commercial and is part of the company's commercial transformation.
The position will drive tender scoring improvements, manage the bid lifecycle, and coordinate with partners to strengthen government-account competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage opportunity identification, bid preparation, pricing strategy, submission, and post-award contract management.
- Improve NUPCO tender scoring and strengthen local-content positioning with partners.
- Maintain relationships with government and institutional healthcare procurement stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, and award outcomes.
- Ensure submission documentation, SFDA registration, and contractual compliance.
