Permit to Load: Inspect installations and issue permits to load once verified satisfactory.
Permit to Strike: Issue permits to strike only after confirming concrete strength or EV2 test records.

Extensive prior experience as a TWC on Tier-1 major infrastructure or heavy civil engineering projects
Valid CITB Temporary Works Coordinator (TWCTC) qualification and a relevant engineering qualification (Degree/HND/HNC)
Deep understanding of BS 5975 and CDM 2015
Experience managing Temporary Works Registers
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between NNB (client), designers, and delivery teams.
Proven ability to strictly enforce procedural compliance in highly regulated environments
High level of IT skills including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and spatial management tools (Autocad, Civil 3D, Naviswork, or 3D/4D Digital modelling)
Extensive background working on large-scale infrastructure projects, complex utilities, deep excavations and shoring solutions.
Proven experience with heavy proprietary formwork, falsework, and high-consequence temporary support installations.
Experience operating within massive Tier-1 joint venture (JV) or multi-contractor collaborative project frameworks.
