As a Graduate Engineer , you’ll gain hands-on exposure across multiple project functions, building a strong understanding of what’s required to successfully deliver civil construction projects. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll support delivery in line with quality, safety, environmental, time and production objectives.
You’ll get the opportunity to:
learn about drawings, specifications, and workplace health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) requirements for all site-related activities
work as part of a team to ensure core project functions are being delivered, including purchasing materials, supporting financial functions, submitting progress claims, assisting with quality monitoring and contributing to creating solutions where needed
maintain a daily diary outlining details of site meetings, discussions, works performed, and inspections
actively participate in training initiatives and skill development programs.
Your motivation will energise our collaborative team across the delivery of diverse projects in Perth and regional Western Australia.
