Requirements
- Previous telesales or call center experience (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident, energetic, and target driven
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Must be currently based in Dubai
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and comfortable using CRM systems, with strong computer skills
