- Build and maintain long term client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self motivated, goal oriented, and proactive
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online property portals is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving license and car is an advantage
- Must be currently based in Dubai

Job Description
- Eidon Amor Properties is seeking ambitious and driven Real Estate Agents (commission base role) to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai.
