About the Role

  • We're looking for a confident, target driven Telesales Agent to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
  • You will engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and convert conversations into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to promote products, offers, and campaigns.
  • Convert leads into customers through effective pitching and objection handling.
  • Clearly explain fintech products (wallets, deposits, withdrawals) and iGaming offerings.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and existing customer base.
  • Identify and engage high value/VIP customers, providing personalized service.
  • Build and manage relationships with VIP customers for retention.
  • Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM systems.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure all interactions adhere to compliance and responsible usage guidelines.
  • Build strong customer relationships through clear, honest communication.
  • Stay updated on product features, promotions, and competitor offerings.

Key Requirements

  • 5 years of telesales / inside sales experience (BPO, fintech, or iGaming preferred).
  • Strong command of English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
  • Good understanding of digital products or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including late night shifts.
