Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound calls to promote products, offers, and campaigns
- Convert leads into customers through effective pitching and objection handling
- Explain fintech products (wallets, deposits, withdrawals) and iGaming offerings
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and existing customer base
- Identify and engage high value/VIP customers, providing personalized service
- Build and manage relationships with VIP customers for retention
- Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Ensure all interactions adhere to compliance and responsible usage guidelines
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and competitor offerings
Requirements
- 5 years of telesales / inside sales experience (BPO, fintech, or iGaming preferred)
- Strong command of English and Hindi (mandatory for effective sales conversations)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
- Good understanding of digital products or willingness to learn quickly
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including late night shifts

About the Role

- You will engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and convert conversations into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound calls to promote products, offers, and campaigns.
- Convert leads into customers through effective pitching and objection handling.
- Clearly explain fintech products (wallets, deposits, withdrawals) and iGaming offerings.
