We are looking for a result-driven Gujarati-speaking Telesales Executive who is confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling leads, converting them into customers, and ensuring a smooth sales experience while handling queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads to drive conversions
- Explain products/services clearly and handle objections confidently
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in Gujarati (mandatory)
- Good communication skills in Hindi/English
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset
- Ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in telesales, call center, or FinTech/Finance industry
- Experience in lead conversion and target-based roles
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage
