Job Overview

  • We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with experience in telesales within the financial services industry.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer first approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales while delivering exceptional support.
  • You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining financial products, following up with leads, and guiding customers throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Convert leads into customers through effective telesales techniques.
  • Explain financial products, services, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product information.
  • Assist customers throughout the loan or financial service application journey.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer service targets.
  • Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–3+ years of experience in customer support and telesales within the financial services, banking, fintech, or loan industry.
  • Proven experience in lead conversion and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Customer focused with strong problem solving skills.
  • Fluency in English & Hindi is required. Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
