Responsibilities
- Contact doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, and potential partners by phone
- Introduce Nurition’s platform, product range, and practitioner led model
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing, referrals, events, and sales activities
- Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities
- Explain the benefits of joining Nurition’s practitioner network
- Support new practitioners with account setup, platform guidance, and initial product understanding
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding
- Promote relevant supplement brands, protocols, and product solutions to healthcare professionals
- Assist in converting warm leads into active practitioners or customers
- Maintain regular follow ups to encourage repeat orders and engagement
- Support field sales representatives by booking meetings and sharing qualified leads
- Update lead status, call notes, and follow up actions accurately in the CRM/system
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales experience
- Experience in healthcare, clinics, wellness, supplements, or medical sales support is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Target driven with a proactive sales mindset
