Role Overview

  • The Senior Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with clinics, hospitals, medical centers, wellness facilities, and healthcare practitioners across the region.
  • This is a field based role focused on driving revenue growth, expanding practitioner partnerships, increasing product adoption, and strengthening Nurition’s presence within the medical and wellness community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory growth plans across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain
  • Identify and onboard new clinics, medical centers, wellness facilities, and healthcare partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and clinic decision makers
  • Drive sales growth and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and meetings to onboarding and follow up
  • Expand practitioner adoption of Nurition’s practitioner focused product portfolio
  • Conduct product presentations, educational meetings, and training sessions for healthcare professionals
  • Communicate scientific and clinical product benefits confidently and professionally
  • Support practitioners with product knowledge and patient education materials
  • Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare developments, and product knowledge
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partner accounts
  • Monitor account performance and identify reorder opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in medical sales or healthcare business development within the UAE
  • Strong existing network within Abu Dhabi and/or Al Ain healthcare market is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Confident presenting to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals
  • Self motivated, proactive, and commercially driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Passion for health, wellness, preventive medicine, and patient care
