Role Overview
The Telesales Representative contacts potential and current customers, presents products, addresses customer needs, and supports sales follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calls and use scripts to present products.
- Understand customer needs, maintain engagement, and demonstrate how products can address those needs.
- Upsell products when appropriate and follow up on calls as needed.
- Maintain an updated customer database and detailed records of calls and sales.
- Direct calls to other departments and handle incoming calls from current customers.
Job Type and Pay
- The job type is full-time.
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
Experience
- One year of telemarketer experience is preferred.
